Other things to note
HOUSE LAYOUT DESCRIPTION
Let's start with the front portion of the house. Upon entering the front door, you will step into the central hall. The lovely entry leads to the lower unit door is on the right and opens into the living area of the home. A great space to unwind with high ceiling and old New Orleans style charm.
The kitchen and dining area are the next space with a huge double pocket door should you need to close off the room. To the left bathroom and guest room. It is not a shotgun style home.
Enter the kitchen then walk to the laundry/storage room. Laundry contains a full size Washer/Dryer. Detergent included. To the left, you will find the door to the second guest room.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 will be found on the left hand side of the house, respectively. We remind you that all rooms have independent access points (not a shotgun layout!).
At the rear of the home features a direct access to the backyard, which is shared with the upstairs neighbors.
